But that is precisely the point. When Tom says "we have no desire to do an RS", "the Board does not want an RS"...isn't he only stating the obvious?

He can't commit to not doing an RS...despite anyone thinking or believing he is.

I am sure he didn't want to do the last two RS's.

An RS is driven by events...not "desire".

...but that reality will not change the ridiculous suggestion that "he won't do one".

Even he doesn't know that.
