No, his word was "access" and I used that. To be clear, I, nor any other Admin, can read or access PMs between Users, even when a link is sent.

If someone sends me a copy/paste of a PM that they say they received from another User that is a threat or extremely vulgar, I can query the database if any PMs have been sent with one of the words from the c/p of the PM. If any have, it will show me the User(s) that sent PMs with that word. I don't see anything other than the User's name/account number. We use this when we want to verify someone has received a PM that they say they have when it's extremely vulgar or a threat of physical violence.
