You're going about this all wrong. Screw the kiosks. Rebrand it as GIGLs coffee. For the parents stuggling to keep up with the kids, and the kids being pushed to get into that top-notch pre-school. Get 'em hooked young. If they don't like the taste, put some grounds in their chocolate shake. Boom, customers for life. In ten years when you have good name recognition, weed line. Watch the money roll in!
