Tell me how building that little house creates immediate revenues? It's literally advertising/showcasing. It's not even going to be for sale. It's pretty much a side project that will EVENTUALLY help with LIGAs main revenue streams, which are steel framing, building materials, and liveship.

At this point LIGA has bigger fish to fry that will yield a MUCH greater ROI. I get it. You want to see a house to prove that it's a real company (as if even that would convince you) because you won't trust released financial statements showing how LIGA acquired an active $2 million/year company and is signing framing contracts for $1.7 million a pop, with $162,000 of that in the bank RIGHT NOW.
