Chatter out of Mongolia is that China is squeezing the border to force a Tavan Togloi deal. My source thinks ETT is effectively bankrupt, so the tactic might be effective.

Not sure how to feel about this. On the one hand, it could be a catalyst for the TT deal. On the other hand, Mongolia seems to be pretty stubborn and all too willing to cut off its nose to spite its face.
