I don't think I'm knowledgeable enough in MLP'S to give a detailed opinion...I just read the news that is fed all of us...Look at the charts to see if the price is somewhere in the middle of a stocks hi and lo...Then I just take a shot!!! I work most of the day so I can't watch its movement during the day...This mlp has had a hi in the 40 dollar range...Looks like a lot of upside to me!!! GLTA!!!
