FINRA isn’t asking for the impossible...get real. ZJMY, like everyone else doing a similar transaction, need to provide the same disclosures, meet the same requirements as anyone else. It was ZJMY bulls that have been touting RO expertise from the get go. ZJMY bulls were the people saying RO was the “Reverse Merger Expert”. And if RO is “The RM Expert”, why wasn’t ZJMY prepared for FINRA from the get go? Why didn’t RO have all of ZJMY’s ducks in a row? Why have there been nonstop delays for months now if RO is the expert? This deal is not adding up, ZJMY is deficient in it’s financial transparency. The Quarterly Reports look like phony numbers too IMO. Rating Strong Sell.
