So Lattuca filed suit against GEGI and Purdon on May 25, 2010. Lattuca got a Judgment against both Purdon and GEGI and Kate has asserted that Lattuca actually collected $75,000.00 from Purdon. Lattuca has submitted filings in the St. Johns case corroborating what Kate said and indicating Lattuca froze about $80,000.00 of Purdon's assets in New Jersey.

This conspiracy theory is a good one. A conspiracy against Kate that was born over seven years ago and involved conspirator #1 getting a judgment against conspirator #2. It then further involves some apparent proceeding in New Jersey in which Lattuca freezes assets of Purdon (presumably both Lattuca and Purdon hired attorneys in New Jersey...which is just further evidence of the conspiracy...so that it looks like they are really fighting it out).
