that is some fud - we don't have all the facts public - soon though - so then maybe their tune will change - the for profit news outlets will have to flip the script at some point.. not that they have any credibility left anyway.

How do you see this playing out - we're wiping out the shareholders - we want private capital. that dog won't hunt. so go ahead and keep up the bent but this is what I was referring to when I inadvertently insulted you earlier. You need the biggest picture. Anything else does not matter. Which is why the Moelis plan, in my opinion, is flawed.
