K...I'm also not a financial advisor either so unlike you I won't be opining in absolute terms regarding the future of this security.

The difference in prices is significant to me...and it's the same as any other negotiation table it's all about leverage if I have a time tested operation with tangible progress I certainly wouldn't be along for someone else's ride when coming to an agreement. The good news is those guys are just merger candidates there's likely more on either side (MM/DallasB)

As far as who owns the shell that's for the courts to decide....I've stated that I'm here thinking that both sides have plans for this security if they win which to me is a win win...with time

But there's very little point in me saying much at this juncture I'm chillin and this is all out of our hands I don't care what people do or think.
