This is for Marvel. Stan Lee Marvel is completely different than Stan Lee POW! Entertainment. Disney gets all they need of Stan Lee Marvel and could care less about Stan Lee POW! Entertainment. Thus POW! gets sold to a Chinese company for $11.5M with no superior offer coming in. ANy company wanting to pay more had since May to express interest.
