That is a perfectly reasonable comment IMO. Losing Corbally / Comparato / LeBlanc was awful for many reasons.

The Board has no experience with wind-down, toll roads, NOLs, asset sales, or big litigation.

Fortunately Corbally / Comparato / LeBlanc set the path and the Board continues to follow. Until they deviate we should be confident that all is well.
