Thanks J19. I think it means something. He's always told us (for months) the status of where the ball was (either our court or FINRA's). Now, as we expect we are close, he suddenly can't tell us? To me this means FINRA has approved and notified RO of the approval. If they had responded with more questions, he'd simply state so as he has many times in the past. Name/ticker change is imminent. Therefore RO cannot comment, as divulging FINRA approval (an obvious catalyst) could be considered inside info.
