Do not get me wrong I am grateful and I have expressed that opinion, but on the flip side I do feel it was outrageous to award two executives close to $.5 M or 1% of Auryn stock instead of MDMN stock. It is like owning stock in an investment fund and the executives pay them selves by allocating themselves some of the investments instead of stock in the investment company. Better yet look at this way MDMN's only real asset in Auryn stock and this compensation dilute all MDMN shareholders by 3.6%. You do not dilute existing shareholders of the asset that they are betting on especially after they have been already diluted by over 100% by a Les Price Scam, but you do dilute by paying them with stock in the MDMN company they are saving. This at least instills confidence in MDMN.

Also I believe Goodwin failed in his fiduciary duty, even though he eventually discovered the scam it still happen under his watch and he should not be reward for that. JMO
