I wouldn’t call joe a doublespeaker. He is doing his job, and just putting out the info he is told to put out. I think he wasn’t able to answer the questions. The common courtesy thing to do would have been to email me back and say I can’t answer these questions at this time. I know he gets harassed by people all the time, and probably felt I was one of those guys, but he still should have had the common courtesy to respond, after all it is his job. Nit keeps saying to call. Well it keeps going to voicemail, and I have left a message with no return call
