I have a sneaking suspection that there is a merger or acquisition going on here.. why suddenly care after so long... has to be a reason that so much money was spent to get audited financials for 6 years to the SEC!

In the case of a RM and share reduction... we are all millionaires!

The reward here so greatly outweighs the risk, so much that it's boggling my mind anyone would even think to sell this anytime soon...
