Fact for the board-Owning less than 5% means you don`t have to file buys or sells right away. So Adage has to report whatever they buy or sell within 3 days of the transaction,unless their ownership falls below 5%.This is fact,so please stop with the nonsense that Adage has just under 10% ownership now so they don`t have to report,because that`s total BS,and exactly why big boys don`t read our little message board.
