They are putting part or all of GIFA INTO FRFS (that is why the name change on NVSOS at the top). They will be going public and revenues for the incoming companies exceed low 9 figures. Doesn't matter if it is inc. The holding company owns ALL the subsidiaries.

Former management said he was stepping down so that explains the de-registration of shares.
