Hi Jill...Yeah, who is this? It's Joey - How ya doin hun ? OK but my millions of warrants (at a dime) will never make me any money - why are you calling me ? The Freaking share price of GIGL is under 2 cents Joey. A five fold increase still doesn't make me any money.
Well, we've got all the pieces in place now but need that little push to get us over the hump. We want to bring on 2 new stores ASAP.
So Why you callin on me, freak ?
Well, since you have MILLIONS of warrants and put in some great work for NO REWARD as yet, how about this for an idea:
I give you 12.5M of my personal shares and you give us $2.75M. We avoid massive dilution and bring our location count to 4, hopefully 6 when Bahrain finally comes around. I can negotiate with the mall operators to install 2 medium-sized kiosks so you can sell your Lucky Jack Organic Coffee and this will give you some more control and get your other products some exposure and add'l sales. Geez - the breakeven for your 2.75M would only be .188 (looking at all those warrants and shares). If you could be at the grand openings, that would really drive foot traffic/business for both of us. I know price will skyrocket on expansion news, otherwise we dilute and it goes to trips. We may even go bankrupt by end of 2018. We just need to get over the hump and I know you love the concept and those kiddos. What do you say Jill ?
...What about the frozen food and clothing line ?
Well, we need to expand and get our footprint out there first, but that is coming. Would boost revenues too but we have to walk before we can run Jill. I think this proposal would make both of us lots of money and I could use your help with some of the menu items.
