Don’t understand why people buy a company stock that burns so much capital every quarter, and issues so many new shares every quarter. Then when the price goes real low again, management reverse splits the stock to make the PPS appear more respectable, however short lived. Once the stock sinks to another embarrassingly low number, management just reverse splits the shares yet again. It’s wash, rinse, spin, repeat, wash, rinse spin, repeat. ICLD’s capital structure is fatally flawed for equity holders.
