I don't know who they are. I'm studying charts and reading SEC filings. Next I'll read my tea leaves and check with my stock market bobble head.

We can get a feel of what the placement people are going to do by the way the stock trades over the next few months and what happens on positive news. When the SP get's back over $1 do they attack again.
