All this intellectual volleyball sounds like a free-for-all....
So many possible outcomes, reminds me of the infinite universes theory... What trumps it all is that the patent suite is unproven & unwanted by anyone. Always has been & continues to be so even stronger. The best seller in such a circus atmosphere is usually "peanuts". Vplm appears to me to be doomed to bounce around like I pinball while it's handlers frantically work the flippers and try to keep it alive, but that big space between the flippers usually prevails. Then, the only thing to stay alive is another next ball but they're running out. You don't win anything anyway in a win, except maybe some more play time. What seems to be happening here is vplm has become sort of like a political football (the USPTO, the PTAB, the oil states case, the Indians & sovereignty, the corruption, the 100 mil shares case, Europe, etc etc etc. What a scenario...(sigh). It'll bounce around all this until the patents run out. Poor vplm. Lost in the cross. Can I interest anyone in some "life saving technology"?
