I think that's a fair description of a startup biotech company,
which is exactly what Pluristem is.

That's normal too! Always takes longer
than expected. On the other hand, they have a superb technology,
fully protected by patents, and very good clinical results. Valuation
could change overnight and probably will. In the meanwhile, I'm buying
(there is a benefit to an extended period of low pps)
