Yes, my figures were only based on the JV vehicle production of 300,000 cars. Perhaps our variance is a result of my understanding of two issues.
1. DOLV owns 37.7% of the JV
2. DOLV is owned 90%+ by, so 10% is the maximum ownership percentage of common stockholders

So I deflated the profits to the common shareholders to $300 million and divided by the 800 million common shares to arrive at $0.38 PPS.

Does this seem right?

Top part looks good, but think we might have our definitions of valuation wrong. At 0.38 pps, the market cap would be 300 million $. That does not seem right for a company that can generate 2.2 billion a year



Hopefully there are many other revenue streams heading to DOLV, like Long Star, etc.
