1. Sell it back to Macquarrie- drop legal action- 400 million. Macquarrie claims Sycrf didn't lose much value so how can they refuse? Focus legal efforts on Greenpoint-usa bank.

2. Snowball -still waiting for those examples of other stocks trading on Pink Sheets at huge discounts from abv , bv etc just because they are on pink sheets. Where's the beef?
