He is in the middle of a redesign to cut costs by another 25% and increase output by another 40%.....

.....and grow Marijuana in the tower at the same time. Nobody realizes this tower has the potential, at 10' floor height, to have nearly 8,000 acres of MJ under cultivation in a climate controlled environment.

No SWET....BOOM TIME!!!
