Sure new business model - worthless business model.

USMJ has to give away 51% of any profit they make to a 3rd party, per requirements of the special preferred shares.

This money does not go back into the company.

Pretty hard to run a low-margin business while giving away so much of any potential profit.

Maybe they were forced to dump the grow op leases because they may have or will have bank accounts closed if banks find out (I think they now know) they re in the marijuana growing business.
No wonder USMJ refuses to disclose in financials where ANY of they sales/revenue comes from.
