Well if that investor perception survey wasn't instituted by CFO Patience then 48 days into his new CFO role at IPCI he's done absolutely nothing to even try to begin rebuilding/restoring all the lost investor/market confidence in this stock.

Which doesn't surprise me in the least because with IPCI any potential positives we think could occur never do.
