I like your enthusiasm, but youa re glossing over a few small words that are important.

"Auditors will finalize inventory viewing this week Tuesday as last phase of audit process. Should be wrapping up shortly. #uplist"

"Once the audit is completed and the required information submitted to OTC Markets, AMFE will be immediately uplisted from the pink sheets to the OTCQB, "

The first paragraph. You emphasized "Tuesday." Great. BUT ... that is when they finish VIEWING the inventory. An earlier tweet said that once they are done with that, they are 99% of the way done, and it should only take a few days to FILE it. So Tuesday is not the filing, just the final viewing.

Second paragraph, and easier to see. The word you are missing is "and". You are looking at the finished audit as the day the uplisting occurs. No, the audit has to be finished (See paragraph 1. Give it a few days) AND then the required information has to be submitted to OTC. THEN, the uplisting shall occur, and even the word "immediately" is a process that could take a few days.

On the radio show show I think we got the best timetable ideas. Roger said "Hopefully both these things will be done by the end of the month". After that show, I even commented that my GUESS was the 26th fort he audit done, and the 31st for the uplisting to occur. I still think those are close dates. If it happens sooner, I'm happy for that. if it happens later (not two months later, like QS is saying. lolol) I am fine with it. But around the 31st.

Now, let's hope you are closer than I am, and it happens sooner. smile
