We should not have to argue that we are the best - we are

We should not contest that we cost 50% more for barely added results in terms of medical outcome

Those are facts IMO

so from a delivery perspective and insurance/finance - how do we organize and pay so we keep free market (my opinion!!) and keep the quality but drop the price so its competitive worldwide

this cost - born by employers for big companies that pay about 15% tax now is a massive relative competitive burden
