Dalton is a deadbeat scam artist

he won't put out a PR. He wants you to call him so he can whisper in your ear about big things coming. Look back at the archived messages. 6 years of "call the CEO" "big things coming soon"

A few weeks ago there were 200 million shares outstanding. Now there are well over 1 Billion outstanding. Someone made a lot of money out of NEWLY CREATED SHARES.

Who benefited? WAG says a Dalton's Grandkid's Catholic school that had to sue Dalton to pay up will suddenly find themselves paid up.

Just like in 2010. Dalton files for personal bankruptcy $100k income. 50k owed to Amex and a car loan on a Lexus. Out of nowhere a Toxic Funder that UNVC was in default to decided to loan UNVC another $60k. Loaning a multi million dollar business that is in default on a $200k loan aNOTHER $60k????

UNVC went dark right after that....and Dalton's Bankruptcy went away.
