You have all the facts about canoe and bitcoin no doubt, the only uncertain here is the merger which is the only hope of $SANP to have success in otc. We can't assume the valuation of SANP until the merger is finalized. This is their one shot let's hope they won't mess it up.
If Frank makes a diversion in the NEws and not mention the merger in his next PR that will send us a signal that there is something not right about the process. Many will surely bail out.
