Anyone have thoughts on the building sale? Do you understand how the lease back works? Did they own the building or is it a form of financial engineering? The original lease was for approximately 15k a month and now it's 55k a month! I don't understand it. Also there seems to be many shares given away to various people that serves to dilute the current shareholders. Specifically the preferred shares which convert to common shares at 1 preferred to 8 common shares. Thanks
