truth be told we all got trapped in this one. There really isn't anything going for this beyond the promises of magically turning $500K into $5 Million inventory and the good share structure.

The pending private placement betrays the good share structure.
Right now the company is very backed up and they cannot supply enough. How will they keep up if inventory magically gets to $5 Million or even 1/5 of that?

He would need to hire a significant amount of workers [in terms of proceeds from PP]. There goes $270K right there.

and this is all based on his words. Nothing to show so far and full of hope. And prayers at this point. Belated 10K (10Q/s?) threw a monkey wrench into this one.
