Got an update on the property for Bullseye Yard Services, LLC. that is being used for the Electric Companies single-circuit 138 kilovolt (kV) electric transmission line in Reagan County, Texas.
Last thing the panel wanted was clarification on billing rates and Sharyland Utilities, partner company Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC.
Looks like the panel dismissed the rate issue and approved the transaction with Oncor as their partner.
