wimike- The salaries would be in line if IPCI was delivering. But they have not delivered anything for many years. So for them to show they care about the company they must make sacrifices too. To show this, they should willingly offer to reduce their salaries. IPCI is not in a place where they can continue paying top dollar for poor results. At any other company these people would have been fired already. So if they really care about IPCI and the other shareholders, they will make the necessary sacrifices... Then when IPCI starts making money and delivering products. They can make a case for more money. But until then, they should do the right thing.
