I wish I could answer your question with but even an iota of fact. Unfortunately, I can't. I cannot find out what the connection is to contract manufacturing. So, for example, an ultra hypothetical, extremely improbable scenario could be that contract manufacturers have massive success, bring in boo-coo bucks get massive contracts all over the world AND of course, a puppy! If any connection remains to Windstream I would guess that a buyout of the debt Bates left behind could be like insignificant and voila things have a chance to do something like re-start. It there is no connection, Windstream gets nothing and dies which makes time to de-list irrelevant because it is dead already. No one is interesting in burying a smelly ol' dead thing and will avoid it as long as possible. So you can clearly see that I can't give you an answer!
