You are right. Bidding is not the correct term. It is 'superior offer'. The company has been open to offers for years according to the proxy. Yet, nothing up to this point has come in that is superior to Camsing. No article that I have seen makes a case that POW! should be or could be sold for more. POW! has followed legal advice this entire time.

Where did this hoard of cash you mention come from? According to the proxy POW! borrowed money from Stan and Ricco to keep the doors open.
