We're going to definitely need a buffer as it seems 1/4 of the country won't be paying their mortgages for the foreseeable future - Florida(hurricane), Texas(Hurricane), Louisiana(Hurricane), Puerto Rico(Hurricane) and California(Fires). Seems income will be reduced for a 1/4 at least and you have to believe there will be people walking away from these loans with uninsured losses so F&F eat the mortgage.

Maybe this is the final bump over the top of the mountain. What we need is R&R!
