If it is them we are merging with it is billions of dollars we are talking about so imagine what the PPS would be. They could still be looking for a clean shell to take up to the big boards as was their original plan. This would be a cheap way for them to do it. Sub pennies, pennies, nickels and dimes would be nothing! I am holding my ATPT shares tight as more unfolds ahead.
