My statement was about how they could raise money and keep total control, unlike the WNR situation where they had 38%, used too big to fail banks who have conflicting interests, but leveraged loans to WNR to steal the MLP (NTI) too cheaply from us unit holders, with their funds units voting the remaining 13% needed. The appearance of a fair unitholder vote was a scam and poorly executed at that. Did you catch the reward the insider they sent north (Lamp) got from WNR? Millions in stock....
I am still looking to add units of ALDW before the rest of the market catches up to this best of the last remaining refiner MLPs.
