Well if NWBO and Advent are about to commence servicing all of Europe in 5 years, then it won't matter what business they're in anyway, because the lease won't get renewed!

So, useful income, possible synergies, and the flexibility afforded by a fairly short lease.

So, after reflection, would you agree it's a deal well done?
