Advent is not Cognate. In my first post on the 8K announcing the lease yesterday, I stated that I did not think it was necessarily for DCVax storage. However, I then questioned and imagined how much space would be required for storage of batches, cryopreservation coolers, dry shipping containers (I think I called them droids yesterday, hallways, offices, personnel to send individual aliquots, monitor, etc, and the fact that NWBO has stated the DCVax platform might ultimately serve cancer indications amounting to 800,000 new cases in Europe and 800,000 in NorthAmerica each year, with a storage period of three years. I noted it appears, from a linkedIn search (although I'm not a linked in member, so I can't confirm), It appears Cognate in Memphis already has three storage buildings amounting to 175,000 square feet. Why?

Let's look at something NWBO stated today....in writing.....publicly.....in a PR

Commercialization of such products, especially personalized products, will require SUBSTANTIAL STORAGE, distribution and LOGISTICS FACILITIES (including for FLEETS of dry shippers, the specialized shipping containers used in the industry for frozen biomedical products such as DCVax) in addition to manufacturing facilities.

Kind of answers my musings from yesterday.

Anyway, perhaps they have enough room in the current manufacturing facility, 40,000 sq ft, Sawston, for initial storage, but if they need to expand to the rest of Europe, they will have to move, particularly when you realize each batch space is reserved for up to three years. Pretty good foresight to obtain a storage facility back in three years that is refurbished on another company's dime, and the rent was paid for by that other company during those years.
