Nobody knows, unless they have inside info. Everything else is a guess, hope, wish, want, conjecture.

And, it's not just "when" a PR is coming, but is it of any material substance, or more open-ended upcoming, uncompleted "deals" ??

PRs do not always carry a lot of weight. Depends on the fine print.

... can anyone predict when this major PR is supposed to drop?? Because it seems like we got played. ...

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
