I agree about the FDA being a game changer.

If any analyst anywhere is fooled by any CEO's cheerleading, that analyst should be collecting unemployment. The fact that it happened multiple times compounds the error, "blindsided" doesn't cut it.

So you haven't read the disclaimer I posted, or do you find it irrelevant? For me, it destroys Chardan's cred completely, it's the same as Goldman Sachs telling clients to buy CDOs when Sachs was selling the same ones at the same time.

I mean, feel free to believe whatever you want, I know I do.
