Investors know that no shares (dividend or other) can be bought with proceeds of toxic death spiral financing shares issued at steep discounts to try to keep USMJ afloat a little longer.

Probably just a way to bring a little hype to allow them to keep dumping dilutive shares at steep discounts to stay afloat.
