But what Ex and Icy failed to tell you was that this firm is involved in:-

Microbiology Lab Sampling – we have capabilities to keep the samples in sterile condition which can be sent to a customers nominated laboratory.

So it might not be a purely straightforward tenant/landlord arrangement.

Maybe LP has a wider vision (than the IHub naysayers anyway..)
