Hey just a question have you heard with all of the 66 victories that you have so eloquently posted Barrick or CMN as won as JL has lost everything and has nothing to do with the court action in Chile that Barrick has not posted on news release not one. Dont you find it strange that you are the only one touting all of the victories. Well what is really going to be interesting is on Oct 25 when Barrick releases their quarterlies. The we will all get a good laugh as to the story they will make as to why Pascua Lama is still not in production. Yup cant wait and then we will see what kind of spin you will have...
No matter what you say the fact is MSX is a dead company and has not traded in over 2 years. There is no money you can sue all you want but if the people you are suing have nothing then you get nothing get it......
They can move this forward spend a whole bunch of money to get what in return??????
