It's funny, because that was my original intent, pay a long term capital gains tax vs short term capital gains tax. But after looking at every MJ stock and how it performed in long run I decided it was smarter to just pay the short term tax and sold the week before Sessions was confirmed. It sounds good in theory but ends up bad in reality.
