Yes, it is true that as soon as the option deal changed to a purchase deal there was no longer a undilutive clause on the money Auryn was investing in drilling, but as soon as it became an sales agreement with MDMN having an equity stake in the company that no longer applied. It would be absurd to believe that all equity holders other than MDMN would have to contribute to the company in order to avoid dilution. The time line is also wrong since the sale agreement was before KT.
